Information and Terms for Adopting A Puppy...
All puppies that are under 1000.00 dollars a deposit of 150.00 dollar is required to hold your puppy. On a puppy that is over 1000.00 dollar a deposit of 500.00 dollar is required to hold a puppy. There will be no exchanges made NO Exceptions! All deposits are Non- Refundable unless if the puppy gets sick or dies while in my care . The puppy must be paid in full at 8 weeks old.When shipping a puppy the puppy and all shipping cost must be paid in full prior to shipping. Puppies being shipped they will be shipped at 9-12 weeks old.If the puppy is very small and I feel it is best to leave the puppy with it's mother a little longer than the puppy will be shipped when I think the puppy is ready to go.The puppies well being is the most important to me. And shipping in the United States the shipping charge is 300.00 dollars to 350.00 dollars depending on the size of the puppy/dog. Price may change if airline charges change.This includes the shipping crate,Health Certificate that is provided by the vet after the puppy is examined and the airline cost. If for any reason you are unable to complete your payment when payment is due the puppy will become available for adoption again.
We will only accept CASH,USPS MONEY ORDERS,PAY PAL,AND WESTERN UNION ONLY!
If we accept a personal check on special circumstances, you will sign a check return contract. If a check is returned for any reason such as NSF,Stop payment,etc. you will be charged a 25.00 dollars return check fee and if the money is not paid before 30 days a 5 percent fee will be added for any time past 30 days. We accepted a check from J. Carter because she had adopted a puppy from us in the past and we trusted her,and it was a bad check and she refused to pay us the money so she was turned over to the States Attorney for writing us a bad check.We did not want to do this,but after a phone call and numerous emails and a promise to send it the next day over night and then she didn't then emails went unanswered we had no other option.So please think before writing a bad check it is considered stealing and it is a criminal offense!
You will also get a small package of food,and a toy for your new puppy that is being shipped. All puppies get a puppy kit.
Please read the Health Information below. Just click on the link. We want to point out that the soft spot on the head does not mean the puppy has water on the brain. Almost all Chihuahuas are born with a soft spot. Some will close,but there are some that do not,even as an adult. Some vets do not recognize this breed of having a soft spot. When your puppy/dogs have the soft spot you must make sure they do not fall or hit their heads in any way shape or form. We will not replace a puppy that has hurt their head and died after being dropped or hurt while playing in your care. We are not responsible for a injury to the head for anything happening while in someone Else's care. In the Health Info below it tells a little about this condition and you can research more on line.
I am proud to say I have some of the most wonderful Chihuahuas with great personalities and Temperaments.Some are Pet Quality and some are of Show Quality. Some have Champion Bloodlines and the prices reflect the type of quality and pedigree in the puppy. Quality is not inexpensive!

Anyone Adopting any of my puppies rather they be SHOW QUALITY or PET QUALITY unlike most people who breed show quality puppies,you can name them what ever you wish. You do not have to put our name on the registration. You do not have to show them or give us a puppy back. You purchase the puppy at the listed price and that is your puppy. If the puppy is limited that means you can not register that puppy with full registration,and that would only be if the puppy would be too small to breed. Full registration means you can register the off spring from that puppy and you can show that puppy. I have seen and bought a puppy where I had to sign a contract that stated I had to show her in order to get her with FULL registration, and I had to put the breeders name on the registration first before the name I wanted on the registration.I will not do that again and will not sell one with that kind of a stipulation contract. It was very expensive and she still has not made champion.The only contract I give is the one for your Health Guarantee! Also some have it on their contract that they want to be co-owner. Fact is when you buy the puppy for a lot of money that puppy should be yours and yours alone.I would Never buy a puppy what they want for it and let them still half own that puppy,for them to have any control over that puppy. Although t-cups as most call them are 4 pounds and under,he is what we call a t-cup. To everyone out there! Please beware of getting on websites of people selling puppies and they have nothing more to do than bad mouth other people who raise and sell puppies. So many times they do that because they have something to hide themselves. I clicked on a website on two people and all they had done was talk bad about other people.....Several talk about people saying they have t-cups and there is no such thing...Well fact is society has labeled the very tiny as T-cups not the breeders.I have had those very tiny puppies that I myself call T-cups,like my little "Bug"...She is a happy healthy little girl and I have been blessed with getting 4 this past year and all are healthy.Those people out there that talk negative about being no such thing I can almost guarantee you that they have larger dogs and they want nothing more than to try to sell you one of theirs by saying the very small puppies are not healthy.Also saying unless they are registered with AKC that they are not full blooded Chihuahuas.There are so many kennel clubs out there and just because they have a different registration does not make them a mixed dog. You go look at them and you be the judge as there are a lot of people like myself that double register their dogs.You Adopt what you want,don't let someone try to talk you into something you don't want.I wouldn't take a million dollars for my precious little Bug Born 7,7,2007 she weighs 1.11 pounds!
